A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA MAY BE CLOSER THAN YOU THINK

Did you know that your past work, life and volunteer experience can earn you credits?

Are you a Mature Student (18+ and out of school for at least one year)?

We may consider knowledge and skills that mature students have acquired in previous work, life, education and volunteer experience (maturity credits), outside of secondary school and through Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR).

Assessments for diploma requirements are completed on an individual basis, and require a transcript of your credits from your last secondary school.

Eligible applicants must be a Mature Student and are responsible to earn, at a minimum, the last four Grade 11 or 12 credits, for a diploma to be issued.

Further diploma requirements may need to be satisfied and will be discussed after your assessment.

Please note that many employers in the Niagara Region require applicants to have a high school diploma to be considered for offers of employment.
